Hi, my husband keeps breaking out in these strange red bumps , mostly on the back of his neck. He has seen a dr but nothing is helping. He thought they were ingrown hairs when it first started but obviously it s not. I can not find anywhere online what it could be. .....

The description suggests the possible diagnosis of acne keloidalis nuchae.Intralesional steroids are the treatment of choice for the same.Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine can also be used if itching is present.Regards.
