What Causes Red Bumps On Upper Back, Forearm And Forehead?

I have been experiencing very weird skin condition - stingy red bumps on my upper back, some on my forearm, forehead. could it be some sort of food allergy(sensitivity) i may have developed??????? I m desperate to know ....... The condition seems so worsen at night. And it snot really itchy but really stingy Please help

It seems to be an allergic reaction to some food or even sun exposure.
Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once daily at bedtime for few days.
