What Causes Red Bumps On Vagina?

I have red bumps where my labia touches. They are on both sides and almost symmetrical to each other. They don't really itch, but it looks like they are filled with puss or something. I don't want to touch it or mess with it. I'm 21 and had oral sex not to long ago, but the male said he was clean. So I don't really know what it could be.
