What Causes Red Bumps Rupturing Into Sores And Then Scars?

Hi. my name is Vicki Ratts. I have been referred to so many Dermatologist, but no one seems to be able to get me in. I have seen other Doctors but no one has been able to diagnois my problem or to cure it. My last Doctor that I have been seeing since may 2013, is a wound specialist has not been helped. Yes the wounds that were so bad are some better, but still breaking out with new ones. I have these places on my face back arms legs, just about every where on my body. they most usually start out has a white bump. And yes I am a picker! There seem to be hairs, some time very long fine hairs, or some times just short coarse hairs. And some time just red bumps that turn into bad sores, like the ones on my legs that I have been treating at the wound center. Have had these for about 5 years now. Have scars all over me. Really would like to find someone to care enough to help me find out what is causing this. I have not been tested for anything. One dermatologist wanted me to take a treatment for acute acne. But I really don t think that is the problem. One Dr. said it was because I have had so many issues in my life. Losing my son and my husband having cancer. PLEASE HELP!!!
