General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear user, thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic and sharing your concerns, I think it could be Hidradenitis that's an inflammation of sweat glands, the common treatment is take antibiotics and some ( OTC ) anti-inflammatory and pain killers 2-3 times a day, I recommend you apply cold compresses 3-4 times/day per 20-30 minutes, when you get better try this tips: use a light deodorant ( not the greasy one) wash your armpits 2-3 times a day ( you can use wipes) and wear fresh clothes, doing this you are avoiding obstruction in the glands ducts, don't get a chronic condition. I hope that my advice has been helpful, regards
