What Causes Red Circle With Blisters On Calf?

I ave a red circle on my right calf..It is a ring of blisters with one larger blister in the middle. all together the circle is about the size of a nickel. It started several days ago with just the round circle in red. It has not grown in size but now it is blisters. What could it be?

The description of the lesions suggests that the lesions is inflammatory in nature and one probable diagnosis is furunculosis. Furunculosis is an infection of the hair follicle.It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin.You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. A short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might also help.Regards
