What Causes Red Circular Formation In Penis And Pain After Having Sex?

Help us please my husband has a brownish spot appeared on his penis shaft. It s raised, doesn t hurt or itch him. He never noticed it, I did. We examined him and he doesn t have any more he had a pink spot on his scrotum which looks like a skin tag almost if I had to explain and a mini one on thee side of it. None of this bothers him. He noticed a red ring under his penis that bothers him after sex and hurts now, there s no bumps in that area just a little redness. Please help us we are scared

I really appreciate your concern such skin lesion may be due to some drug (If your husband ever had it ) and this is fixed drug reaction but this is nothing to worry just wait for some time chances of disappearing of this lesion on its own is very likely and if not then better to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
