Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The symptoms you describe sound like a gastroenteritis to investigate.Red stool suggest an invasive organism is in cause.I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and work-ups.A stool exam/culture and sensitivity test will be very important in her management as she might need a course of antibiotics.Possible causes include bacteria or parasitic digestive infection.Only the stool exam will tell. You may:
-Continue with P-125
-Econorm
-You may add oral rehydration salt and zinc tablets
The etiologic management of your baby will be after the stool exam.
Hope my answer will help you
Wish you baby a speedy recovery
