What Causes Red Colour Stools?

I am a 16 year old girl who has some stool problems...
I had been noticing red colour in my stool and it is very liquid...
I had taken the stool analysis and the results were as follows:
Colour :Yelllow
Reaction:Acidic
Mucus,Blood:Absent
Ova,Cyst:Nil
Pus cells: 2-3
Epi cells: 1-2
RBCS: 6-8
Bacteria: Present
What could be the problem ?

Hi,
from history and report it seems that you night be having gastro-intestinal infection.
Go for one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine.
Take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
