What Causes Red Coloured Urination After Taking Keeflex?

I was prescribed Keeflex this morning by my doctor because he found bacteria in my urine sample. I just voided and noticed the urine was red like blood in it. I know that AZO does this same thing but I was wondering if this is harmful. I tried to call the doctor but they are closed for the day.

urinary tract infections may be associated with hematuria (blood in urine), do get screened for renal and bladder stones.
