What Causes Red Dots On Clitoris With Thick White Discharge?

I have 2 tiny red dots directly on my clitoris and a thick whit discharge. Slight and minor discomfort, no pain. This has been happening, maybe 3 times over the last few months when there is A sweaty activity with friction like riding a bike or walking in hot weather.

Hi,
It seems that due to irritation with friction and sweating there might be having some rashes and small bumps on the part.
Apply triple action cream for few days.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
