Ive been having this red dots on my penis head that later turn to white, like small pimpalls. This happens when i have various sex sessions in a week or masturbate every day. I use canesten cream and then they dissapear but when i come back to the sexual activity the dots appear again. It slightly feels itchy but its more the dots than anything else.
Do you have any idea why this comes and goes?
Any recomendations for treatment?
