What Causes Red Dry Patchiness On The Facial Skin?

I have red dry patches of skin that don t really itch on my face. I ve had it for 3-5 days now and it hasn t really gone away. I am also a major hypochondriac and I feel like it s spreading down my ears, even though there isn t any visible sign. It just feels barely scaly, so I can t tell if its all in my imagination. Also, the top of my ear itched earlier, but it stopped now.

2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on affected skin.
