What Causes Red Eye And Jaw Pain After Being Hit On Cheek?

Hi I was hit in the cheek bone yesterday really hard. Im not sure if its cracked but it sure hurts a lot. A bit under my eye is red from it and my jaw hurts too. Today I have a fever. 99.5. I was wondering if these could be related or if Im just panicking
