What Causes Red Eyes Along With Breathing Difficulty While Drinking Alcohol?

i had an blood pressure now its under control .i use to drink thrice in a week about 180 ml of whisky . but frm last month i have problem while drinking when i start to drink any whisky of 60 ml i get breathing problem , my eyes become red , my hed becomes very heay wht should i do

alcohol causes blood vessels to dilate. This causes the warm feeling, blushing, the red eyes. personally I believe the research shows that vasodilation is healthy for the circulation and this is likely to be why mild alcohol intake has been shown to be preventative of heart disease, but that's just me.
Everyone agrees there is vasodilation and this will cause vessels to .. well.. dilate.
