What Causes Red Eyes While Having Gall Stones?

My sister has been getting really sick lately she was diagnosed with gull stones a couple months back.. she recently started getting pain but past 30 stones.. Last night she said she started bleeding and today her eyes are blood shot.. what could this be?

gall bladder stone and eye are not related. may be for pain and straining eye have becomred. i could not follow past 30stones. stones are Tobe taken out by surgery or non invasive tubal removal by removing gall bladder with stone. history given was very confusing give a clear history for some reply.
