What Causes Red Hard Painful Sore Above The Buttocks?

6 days ago I had a red, hard, very painful sore on both side of my upper butt crack. I could sleep, stand or sit. I also had a fever, and was constipated for 4 days. On the 4th day my husband looked at it and said it was just red and hard. The 5th day I went to the dr and I had blisters, he immediately told me I had herpes. I do not have insurance so we could not do a blood test. That entire day I had oozing and even more pain. Something just didn t add up and I could let go of the feeling that it was something else. The morning of the 6th day I had been sitting and when I stood my pants were wet, so I went to the restroom and I was covered in yellow, brown discharges. It was so much I had to change my pants because it had seeped threw. I put a gauze on it and checked it every 2 hours. The first one was completely covered in blood. The next one was yellow and they both smelled. I have been in a committed relationship for 8 years. We ve had 3 kids since then. He will be getting his blood test promptly. However, I can t wait that long and stress about this. I m wondering if the diagnosis could be wrong, if so what other illness may this be?
