What Causes Red Hot Bump On Buttocks With Liquid Oozing From Center?

I have a second hard red hot to the touch bump on my butt, its on the same side as the first just lower . It is very very tender and some liquid and blood has come out of a small hole in the middle . I am 27 Years old have two children one is only 4 month and I am 5' 9" and 277 pounds. the first one went away after about a week of draining and the skin peeled where it was raised.
