What Causes Red, Itchy And Sore Bumps On The Body?

My son been getting random bumps , that are usually size of dime . The are red , oozes out clear pus , he said the are sore . Also really itchy they come and go from time to time !! He has allergies , asthma and we live in the country , he s also only 3 years old

it can be allergic dermatitis having secondary infection. source of allergen is to be found out. it can be food drink. cosmetic and a pet in house. should take levocetrizine according to his weight and age. can have ezythrocin suspension. apply caladryl lotion. maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness.
