What Causes Red Itchy Bumps On Arms?

I HAVE RED SILVER,SMALL BUMPS ON BOTH ARMS. THEY HAVE BEEN, ON MY FOREARMS. FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. AT TIMES THEY ITCH. I DO HAVE MANY HEALTH ISSUES. DECENDING AORTIC ANEURYSM,MITRALINSUFFICIENCY,HEMORRHAGICTELANGIECTAS,POST SURGERALELEVEN STOMACH PROCEDURES. TWO POSTERIOR ANTERIOR SPINAL FUSIONS, CERVICAL NECK FUSION TO MENTION A FEW. I AM PERPLEXED AS TO WHAT IS THE CATALYST OR REASON FOR THIS SITUATIONAL PROBLEM.

hii.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.you have folliculitis.my opinion is that,
1.dont scratch or squeeze the lesion.
2.maintain good hygiene.
3.apply antibiotic cream like fusiderm ointment twice daily over the area for 7 days.
4.take ibuprofen tablets twice daily for 7 days if you have pain.
