What Causes Red, Itchy Bumps On The Back?

Yes, I have developed a skin problem mainly on my back. There are painful spots red at first but they cntain a semi hard waxy centre or hard crystal like grains. I am on ant-biotics for ance but I don t think this is helping. I took piriton and they calmed down a bit- not sure if that gives any hint at what this might be?

U may be having truncal acne lesions
Apply Clindac-A lotion twice daily on the lesions
use acnestar soap for your back while bathing
Review after 3 weeks
