What Causes Red Itchy Patch On Forearm?

I was bitten by something on july 4th , i thought it was a mosuito bite , but i have this very large cirlce of redness ,it feels hot ,and it itches my arm is a little tender .i also have a smaller patch of red on my forearm. should i be concerned

Hi,
As per your description, it could be Boil because of large circular redness,warm and tender to touch and also you have given the history of mosquito bite.
Other causes might be urticaria, erythema, etc
You should start antibiotics (cephalosporin group) with analgesics,antiinflammatory and antihistamines.
Here we are not suppose to prescribe medicines ,so better you go to doctor and take treatment.
