What Causes Red Itchy Patches On Inner Thigh Radiating Towards Knee?

I have several red itchy patches on my inner left thigh, down to my knee. Each with numerous blisters with a clear liquid that break at the touch. These areas are sore, red and puffy. I did notice strange tingly sensations prior to these irruptions. Shingles perhaps?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chances of viral infection is very less likely, and it may be allergic rash and it can be well managed with "Diphenhydramine lotion " and "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day" hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
