What Causes Red Itchy Rashes And Twitching Sensation On Both Calves?
I have a very fine rash or redness on the calves of both legs that itches, along with muscle twitching in both calves. On Tuesday I had a pneumonia vaccination, as well as, a flu shot. Then on Thursday, I had an injection in both palms for trigger fingers. I have taken 4 BP meds for many years now. A few days ago, I added a probiotic.

It was more helpful if you can post a picture. Redness and itching can indicate an allergic rash or skin dryness. It is unlikely to be related to the medicines you mentioned. If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed a moisturising cream for local application and antihistamine like levocetirizine 5 mg at bedtime for 5 days and see the response.
