What Causes Red Itchy Rashes On Upper Arms Despite Using Eucerin And Hydrocortisone?
I developed this rash on my posterior forearms and upper arms. It looks like red goose bumps. I have had it for about a week and am not sure if I should be seen by a MD. I have tried hydrocortisone with no effect. I also have been using Eucerin itch relief lotion. I was an itchy rash, when it first developed. It is less itchy now. I am just worried it will look like this forever.
