What Causes Red Itchy Small Bumps All Over Penis?

Hi there is red itchy small bumps all over the shaft of penis. I had fever a week ago and had cefixime. iam sexually active but limited to one partner, this came to me as a surprise as in the night nothing was there and early morning i saw this. Its not painful but very itchy, i had chacroide detected two years ago.

Hello,

It may be due to allergic reactions.

For itching you can take tablet loratidine.

You can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Avoid sweating.

Avoid harsh cosmetic products
