What Causes Red Itchy Sores On Inner Thighs, Wrist And Bicep?
Good afternoon, I am in great concern as red sores (about the size of a pencil eraser, some a little smaller) started appearing out of no where one day on my inner thighs, and right above the crotch area. They also start to scab after a day or two and leave small welts. Also i had a bigger one on my wrist and my inner bicep area. They do not hurt, but they do itch occasionally. Thank you for your help. If i need to provide pictures or further details I will try to. -Mark

From your description it is most likely fungal infection Tinea corporis. Using anti-fungal ointments like Miconazole or Clotrimazole for local application will be helpful.
