As per your complain red itchy spots on the cheeks after chemical peeling seems to be either inflammation or allergic reaction to the chemical substance used in peeling.. I would suggest you to consult your Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and tret you accordingly.. H ecan advise you to take anti allergics like Benadryl or Allegra.. Doing cool compresses can help in reducing redness and itchiness. You can be advised to continue application of hydrocortisone cream for reducing inflammation.. Calamine lotion can soothe the skin.. Avoid sun exposure.. Splash cool water on your face frequently during the day.. Avoid touching the spots or scratching them as it can increase inflammation..
