What Causes Red Jelly Like Substance On The Corner Of The Eye?

So, on my right eye there s this red jelly-like thing on the corner of my eye. It s not necessarily on the corner it s like underneath the top eyelid... I don t know what to do... :( tried googling about this problem but I can t find anything like it.

This may be a pterigium. degenerative tissue. It grows towards cornea towards pupilary area. When it obstruct vision it is to be resected. If it is pterigium then resection is the only treatment. Before going for it consult eye doctor for diagnosis .
