What Causes Red Jelly Like Vaginal Discharge And Burning Urination?

I had sex a week ago with a guy that I ve been messing with for 3years. I am the only one he has sex with and I noticed in the beginning of the week I started to get itchy down there. And then it started to burn and hurt a little. It would go away for a few hours and then come back. I was mastubating two days later in the shower and saw blood. I thought my period was extremely early. I wore a tampon and later went to change it nothing was there. I went to the bathroom and it burned to pee. I haven t done anything with anyone else. While earlier I went to take a shower and I was masturbating I looked down and white red jelly like clumps came out. I don t want to go to the doctors and I can t tell me mom. I don t know what to do.. Is there anything I can do or can you tell me what this is?
