What Causes Red Lines In Creases Of Both Elbows?

I noticed this morning that I have some red lines in the creases of both of my elbows. The lines are made up off small red dots as if someone stabbed me with the fat end of a needle miles multiple times. They don t itch and are not bumps. Cause and cure?

It can be blister beetle dermatitis. Also known as pederus dermatitis. Caused by the chemical secreted by a beetle called pederin. U need a steroid cream. Just wash with soap and water. It will be ok in about a week.
