What Causes Red Lines On Back And Thigh After Having ACL Reconstruction Surgery?
Wow. This is great! We recently noticed little red lines on our 16 year old son s bottom that also seem to be spreading to his back thigh. Two weeks ago he had ACL reconstruction surgery along with meniscus repair. My husband noticed these marks today. I actually noticed them a few months ago...a few. They look like stretch marks. Should we worry? Anything we can do?

- Possible side effect of certain drugs as antibiotics (ampicillin or else frequently prescribed for prevention of gram positive bacterial infection); anti-inflammatory medicines as diclofenac or others. But the narration also mentions that the rash was observed few months ago, that means (if I am correct) the issue is of pre-operative period (surgery before 2 weeks) can be related to immune response to certain pathology, allergic issues manifesting as skin eruptions.
