What Causes Red Lump On The Tip Of Penis Along With White Pimples?

I am a 25 year old male. I have harmless white pimples on my penis but at the tip of the foreskin there is a red pimple. As far as I remember it has always been there but I am wondering if I should be concerned and what to say to prospective sexual partners.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Since the red lesion has been on the penile tip for long period of time, it is unlikely for the lesion to be infective or inflammatory.
The red and white pimples could be primary skin lesions which are mistaken for infectious or inflammation.
Thus, a clinical assessment of these lesions is required.
Further management can be planned after clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
