What Causes Red Lumps Like Structure Above The Vagina ?

hi i have this weard lump on top of my vagina near my leg it sore n terning red as it gets bigger its under my skin ive just showered n it got smaller but startin 2 get big again but didnt go much smaller it about 50p size never had one before there no mark just redness n sore 2 touch but nt painful

As per your description, it could be a Bartholin's cyst. It needs to be removed as it can turn into an abscess and get very painful.
