What Causes Red Lumps Near The Vagina?

I was sent to the emergency room last Wednesday night for severe food poisoning and up until yesterday I had the runs; I was pooping liquid basically. The doctor tested my urine too and said I did have a slight infection so they prescribed me Cipro. I am getting better but tonight I noticed three or four tiny red bumps that are sore to the right of my vagina opening and I am wondering what it is. I DO NOT have herpes or any STD so on my own I am thinking it could be a rash or irritation from all the wiping I have done. Coincidently, the small area with the bumps is EXACTLY where I wipe; I ve noticed when I wipe either front or back I hit that area. I may be answering my own question but I just want to make sure. They are not bleeding or pus filled. Just red and a little sore. Thanks!

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The red bumps on the vaginal opening can be due to irritation caused by wiping or due to the adverse reaction of ciprofloxacin.
I will suggest you not to worry if these are not spreading and not causing any trouble.
In both the situations, these will resolve spontaneously with time.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
