What Causes Red Lumps On Legs, Hands And Face Of An Infant?

My 6mth old recently had hives a month ago, last week she start took a 4 hr nap and then everyday after that she woul bearly take 30 min naps, she start scream in her sleep but would never wake up. The last day she had a fever of 101 took her to the ER they did extays if chest and stomach and said she had a ear effection in her left ear. Prescribe amoxicillin, she take it every 12 hrs and 13 times already he now has small red bumps on legs,hands,face,torso. No fever as of yet, I have her 2ml of benedryl at 6, she has been asleep since 7ish. So with all that said. Do I take her to he er ASAP? Am she wait till Monday to go to her pediatrician?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to viral infection in case of low immune system chances of secondary infection may be likely and this would be matter of concern and for that better to see the pediatrician, hope this information helps, take care.
