What Causes Red Lumps On The Ankles And Knees?

I am a male, 43 years old. Recently got poison ivy and have mild RA. Things on a personal level have become very stressful and I do not handle stress well. No patience and want to tackle every problem all at one time. I seem to have another rash of some sort going on. It appears as raised red lumps about nickel to quarter size on my ankles, knees, elbows, and wrists. I have no known allergies and am currently not taking any medications other than Benedryl and a topical anti-itch cream.

Hello,

It's very difficult to diagnose a rash without actually seeing it and may be seeing it under a microscope . I would advise you to please see a dermatologist.
