What Causes Red Orange Early Morning Urines While On Atacand?

When I started on my blood pressure medication Atacand, the first 2 pees I made in the morning where red orange. Later in the day though they started to clear. I never told my doctor as I thought it was nothing. After a month or so the urine became better. Are my kidneys okay.
