What Causes Red Painful Rash On Legs?

hello,since 4 days i have red big round painful like a big pimple or bugs bite things came out on my both legs down from the knee,i cant touch them its painful and seems to be hot,and if i sit or band my feet i feel like they will explode,there is nothing white or there is no tip also,please i need your help :(

Hello,

As per your case history you are suffering from insect bite dermatitis.

My treatment advice is:
1. Do not squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7 to 10 days.

If the problem persists, then consult a dermatologist.
