What Causes Red Patches And Dots Around Penis Head After Sex?

I recently had sex with my girlfriend who was a virgin, we did it three times over the course of 3 days, in which I only ejaculated once (last time) and when I ejaculated I noticed like a red patch on my penis head and red dots around it, they don t hurt or itch, they are just there. Any idea on what it could be?

Hello,

You had sex with your girlfriend who was a virgin and now have developed red patches around your penis. Sometimes, vaginal penetration on a virgin may cause penile pain or soreness, red patches on the penis due to the breaking of the hymen, a thin membrane in the vaginal canal. Keep your private area clean since you have also developed small dots around penis head. It should go away by itself in 5-7 days.

Till then avoid having penetrative sex or self pleasuring, give it time to heal. You can apply ointment Soframycin on the affected area. If you have itching also then you can apply ointment Clotrimazole, it will give relief. Do not touch, scratch or pick. Avoid wearing tight clothes that will cause friction rubbing and increase the symptoms instead wear loose fitting soft cotton clothes. Stay away from addictions if any.
