General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history about the tongue feeling numb, no taste, tried mouth wash and brushed the tongue, itchy red patches on cheek and eyelids, tried antibiotic ointment.
The commonest cause I can think about area as follows:
The patches on cheek and eyelids can be dueto fungal infection or allergic dermatitis.
Consult a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management.
The tongue problem can be due to thrush, add on anti-fungal oral application. Consult an ENT Surgeon for proper evaluation and management as per the cause found.
It seems that you need supplements of multivitamins, mineral and trace elements, Vitamins A and D, Folic acid.
Also get blood tests for sugar to see for diabetes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
