General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A photograph of the pimples is needed for a further evaluation before giving final conclusions.

From what you are reporting, I can understand that you:
- play a lot of sports
- sweat a lot
- wear sports bras

all these might irritate the skin in between the breasts and make it more prone to infections like fungal or bacterial.

I advise to keep the area well clean and dry; apply talc powder and antiseptic lotion at night.

Hope it was of help!
