What Causes Red Pus Swollen Little Blisters Around A Pimple I Have Squeezed?

I squeezed a pimple no pus came out near mouth it scabbed up I picked off scab and squeezed againnow it started to clear but now I have red pus swollen little blisters around it in a clump that keeps getting bigger and its dryed out a lot but still there

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Squeezing and picking the scab is never a good idea. Seems that you have pushed the infection deeper.

If I was the treating doctor I would have started you on oral antibiotics for a week (e,g penicillin group of oral antibiotics. My choice would have been Amoxycillin).

An OTC topical antibacterial e.g 2% mupirocin can be applied at the site twice daily to help resolve the infection faster.
