What Causes Red, Puss Filled Sores On The Body?

Hey, I have two sores on my body. One is on my fingertip and one on my leg. Both are red, swollen, are sore to the touch, and have pus in them. They are throbbing and hurting me. They appeared out of nowhere. Any ideas on what this may be or how serious it could be?

Hi

First off you need to see a doctor about this since at the least you need a course of antibiotics

These also need culturing as well as getting a nasal swab since the bacteria causing this could be MRSA that you're carrying inside your nose and if that's the case you'll also need Bactroban antibiotic gel for your nose
