What Causes Red Raised Patch On Bottom Of Foot?

I was at Galveston Beach last Monday and now I have a crescent shaped red raised patch on the bottom of my right foot. It itches intensely and is slightly swollen. I also have several itching red dots on my ankle that started after the rash. What could this be?

Hi
According to your complaints it could be an insect bite hypersensitivity rash or eczematous rash.
Apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
