What Causes Red Rashes All Over The Body Of A Child?

My daughter is 4 and broke out in a rash on Sunday. Little red dots mostly on her torso with a very low grade fever and it doesn t itch. Over the past few days it has spread down her arms and legs and seems to come and go. Today I noticed it on her tongue. It looks like a strawberry. Should I take her to the dr?
