What Causes Red Rashes All Over The Body?
my daughter (26) has been getting red marks all over for about a month-we thought she was allergic to something and so have changed our detergent etc.. trying to figure it out. In the last week or so she has had swelling in her thumb joints and hands. the spots are starting to cover more area. Not sure what to do or if it is becoming an emergency. She is planning to see her doctor in the morning. I just want to make sure she is not in serious trouble. She is not feeling well. Her joints hurt and now the welts and red marks are even on the bottom of her feet.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.
I suggest you use antihistamines for relief and Calamine lotion for local application.
