What Causes Red Rashes Around Vagina And Buttock?

hi my gf has a rashes problem..she says its around her vagina and goes back to her bum and d sides of her tighs..its abit red and black mayb bcuz of d scars due to suffering with dis problem for about a year plus now..izit a skin problem or sumthing else?
