General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your girl seem to be related to a viral rash.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen to treat the fever.
I also suggest using a mild steroid cream Calamine lotion for local application .

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
