What Causes Red Scratch On The Clitoris?

Hello. I Have a red scratch on my clitoris. It hurts when i want to rub my clitoris. Under the red scratch is what looks like a little whitish sort of wart or spot. I have quite long nails so i think i cut my clitoris whilst i was rubbing it and i think the wart/spot was from where fluid from my vagina got in and maybe infected it?. Under the scratch is two other little scratches. I think i got them for the same reason. Im only 13 years old and i would like your help before i see my mum about this as it is quite and embaressing situation. Please help me!. Thank you.
